Mankind  should have seen it coming. All the signs were there. Unbridled nuclear conflicts, viral warfare, climate change and so much more. In the end, the world just had to start over. Small pockets of humanity still existed - but many lay hidden, not as the humanity we remember, but something different. Something evil.

In a world controlled by  self-proclaimed despots with self-serving militias, the remaining population are little more than slaves. Starvation, violence, disease and species mutation have become part of daily life and hope is just a fading memory.
